Jordan Bell – CEO & Owner

My journey into the mechanical trades began with a college internship at a plumbing and HVAC supply house. I had the chance to work in several different roles, from accounting to business operations, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the industry. That experience sparked my passion for HVAC and shaped my belief that great service should always be centered around the customer.
New Hampshire feels like home to me. There’s a genuine sense of community here—people look out for one another—and that’s something I truly value. It’s rewarding to live and work in a place where relationships and trust still matter
Noah Depasacreta – Sales & Marketing Consultant
“Every home is unique, especially in New England! Each homeowner has distinct needs and priorities. My goal is to understand those needs and guide customers toward solutions that best support their home comfort and energy goals. As a Sales Consultant, my primary role is education: helping homeowners gain a clear, realistic understanding of their options and how to address any challenges within their homes.”
With the wide range of products available in today’s market, we focus on recommending high-quality solutions that align with each customer’s budget and long-term objectives. For some, that means designing and installing a top-tier, fully engineered HVAC system; for others, a straightforward 30-minute phone call may be all that’s needed to resolve their concerns. Either way, I’m always happy to help! So please don’t hesitate to reach out, even on weekends.
A little about me: I have a serious passion for coffee and a deep love for the outdoors, especially hiking, climbing, and mountaineering. Previously, I’ve designed and built kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and custom homes around the lake. I bring that same attention to detail, hands-on experience, and passion into my work with Hometown.

With over 20 years of experience as a General Contractor in New Hampshire, I transitioned into the mechanical trades to bring a customer-focused approach to HVAC. I believe homeowners deserve professionals who genuinely value their comfort and satisfaction.
As a lifelong New Hampshire resident, I deeply appreciate the strong sense of family and community here. The state’s outdoor lifestyle has given me countless opportunities to build meaningful bonds with my loved ones—something I might not have experienced in a fast-paced city environment.

Fun fact: I’m recently engaged and getting married in late 2024!

Chase Draus – Service & Installation Technician
As a Service & Installation Technician, I take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship on every installation and service call. Every heating and cooling unit has its own unique characteristics, and I enjoy the challenge of learning how each one operates and optimizing its performance.
Fun fact: I was born and raised in Concord, NH, and I love being outdoors—especially paddleboarding!
