About Us

Hometown Heating & Air

Hometown Heating & Air was started in September 2022. When Hometown started it was founded under the belief that homeowners should have professional, trustworthy and friendly relationships with those who work on their biggest asset, their home. Hometown Heating & Air is dedicated to building lasting relationships in our community, providing any information/resources available to our customers so that they are able to make their own best decisions for their homes. We want each of our clients to feel positive about their experience, with that in mind Hometown will strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Hometown is a service company that will be with our clients for years. We can’t do our job properly unless we are intentionally getting to know our customers and their homes first, next we specifically hire and train our technicians to be equally as passionate in solving our customer’s heating and cooling needs.

Meet the Team

Jordan Bell – CEO & Owner

I love my job because we get to make sure our customers feel comfortable in their homes and we are always evolving to make that our ultimate goal and priority.

My introduction to the mechanical fields came from an internship I had through college. I worked in many different positions at a plumbing and HVAC supplyhouse, some of which taught me accounting, how to run an efficient business and a great deal about being an entrepreneur. From there I had an itch to get involved within the HVAC industry and implement my customer centric beliefs.

The everyday life pace that NH has is a perfect fit for me, and never does it feel like I’m surrounded by individuals that only care for themselves, but instead put a lot of emphasis on community.

Brian Bell – Head of Project Operations

Since being a part of Hometown Heating & Air I’ve grown to realize that the list of HVAC companies that are actively putting their customers and those relationships with them first, are few and far between. There is a need in New Hampshire for HVAC professionals like myself that are customer value focused, that’s hard to find.

I used to be a General Contractor serving NH for 20+ years, and now find myself specializing in the mechanical trades with Hometown Heating & Air.

I am a lifelong resident of New Hampshire. I’ve grown to really appreciate the value of family and friendships our state lends itself to. The abundance of outdoor activities has provided me many opportunities to build bonds with my family and friends that may have not been present in faster paced environments like cities.

William (Will) Lawrence Lead Service and Installation Tech, specializing in Oil Heating Systems and Traditional AC Systems.

“Something that’s incredibly important to me is ensuring our customers are provided with a good product/service for the heating and cooling job that I am working on completing. That means taking my time and going through the proper steps to ensure safety and longevity for the customer.”

Fun fact about me is I am recently engaged and getting married late 2024!

Living in New Hampshire is awesome, I love being out in the woods, hunting, hiking, fishing, camping.

Noah Depasacreta – Sales & Marketing Consultant

“As a Sales Consultant, my job is to provide access to the best products on the market. Every home is different, and each person has different needs. It’s my goal to learn about my clients, learn about their home and ultimately guide them towards better solutions for their home energy needs. A little about me is that I have a crazy obsession with coffee. I love the outdoors, hiking, climbing, and mountaineering.”

Chase Draus – Service & Installation Technician

“What matters most to me in my job is being part of the community and helping people stay comfortable year-round. I take pride in helping families stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. My favorite part of the job is working with the team None of us cut corners and we all work together to get the job done right and hopefully give our customers a great expereince. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring New Hampshire, especially visiting small towns and seeing new places.”

Christian (Chris) Lawrence – Installation Technician

One of the most important parts of my job is learning new skills and applying them to the work we do every day. I think it’s important to keep growing and improving so I can give our customers the best service possible. My favorite part of the job is traveling to different parts of the state and getting to work in all kinds of places. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and hiking here in New Hampshire.

At Hometown Heating & Air, we are more than just a service provider—we are your trusted partner for all your heating and cooling needs. We look forward to serving you for years to come!
